About

About aktie.earth
aktie.earth is a secure platform for reporting environmental violations and climate harm. We give communities, insiders, and experts a safe way to submit verified reports, which we then use to drive legal action, investigative campaigns, and public advocacy—helping to hold companies, authorities, and other actors accountable.

Why it matters
Illegal deforestation, harmful land use, and soil sealing threaten ecosystems, climate resilience, and livelihoods. By collecting verified evidence, aktie.earth ensures that environmental harm is exposed, addressed, and prevented.

Our Focus Areas

  • Soy Supply Chains: Investigating whether companies importing or selling soy are violating EU and national due diligence laws, including the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the German Supply Chain Act. Our work focuses on soy linked to illegal deforestation in the Amazon, Cerrado, and other critical regions.

  • Land Use & Soil Protection: Providing a safe channel for communities, experts, and insiders to report unauthorized or harmful construction, illegal land conversion, and soil sealing across Europe. Submissions support legal enforcement, advocacy, and campaigns to protect biodiversity, fertile land, and climate resilience.

Our Approach
We collaborate with experts, investigative journalists, and trusted organizations to verify submissions, fill information gaps, and ensure alignment with legal standards. Reports are shared only with the whistleblower’s consent and transformed into actionable evidence..

aktie.earth is managed by the NGO AllRise Impact, which is part of the AllRise ecosystem. Our sector-specific approach allows us to dive deep into each industry, building new partnerships and delivering outcomes that safeguard ecosystems and enforce laws.

Our Partners

At aktie.earth, collaboration is key. We work with leading organisations and industry experts, both in specific environmental issues and in the areas of data protection and whistleblowing. Our partners are committed to working together to collect reliable, actionable evidence of environmental violations to hold those responsible accountable and drive meaningful change.
